With EPS since 2024

Dr. Millikin attended Hanover University and received her doctorate degree from Indiana University. She completed her residency in ocular disease at The John Kenyon Eye Institute, where she remained for an additional three years.  Dr. Millikin has since moved to Southern Iowa, and now provides care at both the Mount Pleasant (M-W) and Iowa City (Th) offices.

Areas of interest: comprehensive eye care, cataracts, diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and other ocular diseases.
